    In a word: Horrible. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere other than efaucets.com. Their website erroneously lists items as %u201Cin stock%u201D when in fact they are back ordered. Clearly there is a breakdown in communication between their sales staff, warehouse and IT department. After waiting for months (claimed ship time was 5 days) to receive the two items that I had ordered, they finally arrived %u2013 broken!   • Slow poor service and wrong item sent.



    On Feb. 20, 2013,I ordered a drain stopper and overflow cover in Antique Brass finish. Two weeks later, I called eFaucets to find out when I would receive the items. On March 6th, the package but items were chrome finish, not brass finish.     Recently I made a return to efaucets.com, I am entitled to a refund according to their phone representative. efaucets.com representatives tell me the refund has been made, but the bank indicates they have not received a credit. Someone is lying and I think I choose to believe the bank. This has been going on with impersonal "Dear Valued Customer" e-mails going back and forth between efaucets.com and myself.     I returned an item to efaucets following your precedural insructions, getting a return authorization etc. I was told there would be a restocking fee which i expected because I read your return policy. I ordered the item in january 2011 and returned it the same month. It is now April and i still have no refund. Your phone representatives are curt, often indignant and certainly not sympathetic.     I tried to place an order online late at night and was told it couldnt go through because of a credit card problem. I called the next day and spoke with a representative. She went through everything with me even correcting items I was trying to order which were no longer available or numbers had been changed.     I ordered a showerhead in May 26, 2010, received the wrong one, called - you sent me the correct one but charged me for both until the other one was returned. You received it three weeks ago - also I ordered a Cascade robe hook on the same date - have not received - got an email saying they no longer manufacture this item - asked if I wanted a replacement - I emailed my replacement and have not heard a word.     I was sent the wrong showerhead on a May 2010 order, I called - took 2 hours to get through - they sent out the correct one but charged my account for both until the original one was returned. I returned the item, it has been almost a month - I have called - the shortest wait time has been 45 minutes, the longest two hours!     I order two and requested they be sent to my home address. It went through my google account which had my old address on it and end up in VA. They did not want to help me at all. TO send it back on my own through UPS would be $140 for something I paid $180 for. I offered to pay for shipping if they would let me go through their account for a better rate. So far no response.     I hghly recommend not using efaucets.com for purchasing items for bath, kitchen, etc. They are great up until the time they get your money. After that point you cannot reach anyone at customer service. I spent over 4 hours on hold (cummulative) waiting for a customer service rep. Never was connected to anyone. They adimittedly made a data entry on one of our items which delayed the shipment by over 3 weeks, and via a chat line, all they said was "We're sorry, is there anything else we can help with".
