Slow poor service and wrong item sent. - Customer Service
On Feb. 20, 2013,I ordered a drain stopper and overflow cover in Antique Brass finish. Two weeks later, I called eFaucets to find out when I would receive the items. On March 6th, the package but items were chrome finish, not brass finish. I called eFaucets and asked about returning and exchanging for correct product.Customer service girl said I would be sent a RGA number and instructions to return. On March 11th, I called again since I still had not received the RGA & info.Three weeks go by and still no email from eFaucets. On April 2 (6 weeks after initial order), I called eFaucets and asked for a refund and what to do with the chrome drain and cover. The male customer service rep. told that since the items only cost $32.43, it wouldn't be worth the shipping charge to return them.He said I could dispose of them. Then on April 10th, I received the notice and RGA form!! Seven weeks after my order! I feel I should have been sent the RGA return information very soon after I reported that the wrong product was sent. The customer service personnel gave incorrect, incomplete information at every turn. There customer complaint department has no interest in correcting this situation. I am very disappointed that their customer service supervision has allowed a customer to go 7 weeks without finalizing a sale to a customer's satisfaction for order # 876745
